We want to provide you with an update about the new membership portal.
The new portal was needed in order to better support our members and comply with the new GDPR privacy requirements. As you likely know, GDPR violation carries with it huge potential daily fines, so it was important for us to build a portal that addressed the letter and spirit of GDPR.
Since the launch of the new portal, a number of members have experienced difficulty in signing up and obtaining their licence. We appreciate this has been frustrating for those affected. We apologise sincerely for this and thank you for your understanding and patience.
We believe that the issues with the new portal have been addressed. We now have over 7,000 members signed up and we are accepting over 600 members per day.
Should you have any difficulty in signing up please contact us on email@example.com or call 0300 600 1170 and we will be very happy to help you register. We have increased the support on our customer services desk to address queries as quickly as possible.

Once you are signed up as a member, any future season will only require you to update any details that may have changed in the previous season, such as any expired eligibility documents for annual licencing.
