Basketball England is backing Sport England’s #StayInWorkOut campaign to keep the nation active while at home during the coronavirus outbreak.
We’ve got a selection of online exercise platforms with on-demand fitness content which either provide free access or are offering extended trials.
So, whether it’s first thing in the morning, a break from the makeshift home-office at lunch, or a way to kick off your Friday night – this content is here for you, when you need it.

Fitness Blender believes fitness should be accessible to everyone, everywhere. With hundreds of professionally-led workouts, as well as a positive community, you’ll have everything you need to reach your personal fitness goals.
Les Mills on Demand is offering a 30-day free trial. Experience unlimited access to the platform with more than 800 workouts that are taught in 21,000 gyms around the world - sessions ranging from 15-55 minutes.
You can also get the whole family active with their BORN TO MOVE kids programming.
Fiit is offering a 30-day free trial and 25% off their app. The platform has more than 600 workouts and training plans, from entry level to advanced, including cardio, strength training, yoga and Pilates with personal trainers. You can also connect with friends in the UK’s only live leaderboard high-intensity interval training (HIIT) classes.

The Young Minds organisation is offering mental health advice to youngsters feeling concerned or overwhelmed by the news surrounding the coronavirus.
The Mental Health Foundation is part of the national mental health response providing support to address the mental health and psychosocial aspects of the Coronavirus outbreak, alongside colleagues at Public Health England and the Department of Health and Social Care.
