These Terms and Conditions refer to an incentive for teams in National League competitions to sign up 10 players or more for the 2025/26 season and allocate these to teams before 5pm on 1 August 2025 through our PlayHQ system.
By entering, the participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
There is no additional fee for clubs to be eligible. Players joining do have to pay a joining fee to register for next season, as would be the case regardless of the terms of this incentive.
Only one £50 voucher can be claimed per team as accepted into the National Basketball League for the 2025/26 season. Clubs with multiple teams can claim up to £300 in total if registering 10 players in 6 separate teams. Further teams of 10 players will not be counted.
No responsibility can be accepted for completed membership registrations not received or allocated to a team for whatever reason.
The competition will close at 5pm on 1 August 2025. After this time additional registrations and allocations to teams will not be counted.
Where a team completes the incentive and is eligible for a voucher, this will be issued to the club rather than the team itself.
All vouchers much be redeemed by 31 December 2025. No extensions to use will be granted.
Vouchers for successful teams will be issued to clubs via email week commencing 25 August 2025.
All successful teams and clubs will be notified by Friday 8 August by either email or phone.
Vouchers can only be used on certain collections within the Basketball England shop. The voucher can be used only against these collections or selected items in the Basketball England online store. Some exclusions are in place and the voucher can not be used against all products. All items are subject to availability. Basketball England reserves the right to amend or remove items from these collections or against which the voucher can be used at any time.
The prize is not transferable and no cash alternative is available.
If successful, Basketball England may request you to participate in any publicity or promotion organised by Basketball England including promotional photographs.
Basketball England reserves the right to withdraw this offer or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
In the event of any dispute regarding the Terms and Conditions, the conduct, results and any other matters relating to this incentive, the decision of Basketball England shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
