Great Britain 3x3: U23 League of Nations preview - how to watch, fixtures & squads

Great Britain’s U23 men and women are in Israel for three consecutive days of 3x3 action at the League of Nations.

Krumesh Patel and Kenrick Liburd lead the two young teams as they take European opposition in Tel Aviv.

Squads have been entered as part of a collaboration between Great Britain Basketball and Basketball England to help prepare Team England players for next year’s Commonwealth Games and set about improving the GB national teams’ 3x3 rankings.

The teams play in pools on three on each day with the pool winners going through to a final, taking on combinations of France, Israel’s first and second teams and the Netherlands on different days.

The squads were chosen following a Team England camp in Manchester earlier this month.

Barking Abbey duo Flynn Boardman-Raffet and Veron Eze plus US-based Eljay Morris (Emmanuel) and Tosan Evbuomwan (Princeton) make up the men’s squad with Krumesh Patel as coach.

Abigail Lowe (Newcastle Eagles), Paige Robinson-Miller (BA London Lions), Loren Christie (University at Buffalo) and Katie Bennett (Durham Palatinates) form the women’s squad, led by Kenrick Liburd.
