Basketball England statement on membership, licencing & NBL fixtures

Basketball England is working to address issues affecting our membership portal and NBL fixtures as a matter of urgency. 

We recognise this is having an impact on clubs, members and others at the start of the season and we apologise for any inconvenience caused. 

The issues we are dealing with are: 

  • Ensuring the 2023/24 league tables and fixtures are displayed on the main BE website 
  • The speed for external users when accessing the membership portal 
  • Incorrect expiry dates on licence cards 
  • Club admin access  
  • Email notifications for new members and members who have forgotten passwords

Our customer service team is working extended hours until 8pm on Thursday and Fridays and on Saturday mornings (9am-12.30pm) to help members licence. 

  • In the first instance, please email: [email protected]. All enquires will be answered in priority order. As per our rules and regulations, we will work to consider all applications meeting the required conditions within seven business days. 
  • If you need to speak to a member of the customer support team, phone: 0300 600 1170 option 1 or extension 802. 
  • We cannot deal with enquiries via social media messages or direct calls to individual staff members. Please use the channels above for the most effective service.
