Hoopsfix All-Star Classic 2023: Rosters, coaching conference & schedule for this weekend

The 2023 edition of the Hoopsfix All-Star Classic takes places this weekend.

Forty eight of the UK's top male and female Under-19 players have been selected to compete in the latest edition of the British basketball showcase at Crystal Palace on Saturday 27 May.

The event is once again a sell-out, though fans can still catch the action online via the Hoopsfix YouTube channel.

The action begins at 1pm with a Three-Point Shoot Out before the women's game tips at 1:30pm.

At 3:30pm the Dunk Contest will move to the fore, before the men's game brings the day to a close, that game begins at 4pm.

Coaches have also been announced for the weekend, with Rob Fairley and Cristina Stanciuca overseeing the women's game, whilst Vince Macaulay and Liam Jefferson will take charge of the men.

The event will also feature the return of the Classic's coaching conference across the weekend.

The Hoopsfix Foundation will host on and off-court education sessions with nine leading coaches. With the Basketball Coaches Association of the UK, aiming for a second relaunch and working alongside FIBA and Basketball England, a world-class line-up of nine speakers has been secured.

The conference is headlined by Israeli Arik Shivek, the former head coach of the senior Israeli national team, and Spain’s Luis Guil Torres, an assistant coach with the senior Spanish national team and a reigning World and European champion.
