GB Men’s head coach Steutel to miss Lithuania game to welcome birth of child
Great Britain Basketball can confirm that Men’s head coach Marc Steutel will not be with the team for the upcoming World Cup Qualifier against Lithuania as he remains at home to welcome the birth of his child.
This is a very special moment for Marc and his family, and everyone at Great Britain Basketball fully supports his decision to be present with his wife, Kayleigh.
The team will continue preparations under the leadership of the coaching staff already in place, with Alberto Lorenzo leading on the sidelines in Marc’s place.
We know our fans will join us in congratulating Marc and his family, and wishing them all the very best.
