GB Women Return to Manchester as EuroBasket 2027 Qualification Campaign Continues

Having topped their qualification group in the previous round, Great Britain now face the next stage of qualification, beginning with an away fixture against France before returning home for two crucial games in Manchester.

Fans can look forward to seeing a host of familiar faces in action, including Holly Winterburn, Savannah Wilkinson and Cheridene Green, all of whom have previously starred in Super League Basketball and represented Great Britain on the international stage.

With qualification for FIBA Women's EuroBasket 2027 at stake, both fixtures could prove pivotal in determining Great Britain's path to Europe's premier women's basketball competition.

The Manchester crowd played a key role in supporting GB Basketball during previous international fixtures, and the team will once again be looking to draw on that home support as they take on two important European opponents.
