NBL D1 Preview (20/21 Dec 2025) - Live Stats, streaming, schedule and more

D1M fans can enjoy one last weekend from 2025, with both league and cup action on the cards.

In what has been a rarity so far this season, Pool B's offerings outnumber Pool A's this weekend.

Worcester hosting Sheffield Arrows is the lone Pool A offering, with CoLA hosting Barking providing the headline of three Pool B encounters.

The National Cup semi-finals see Manchester host Oaklands for a spot in next month's showpiece, whilst BCU's trip to Solent is one of the most anticipated ties of the season so far.

Tickets for January's Final are still available and can be purchased from the button below.

Pool B finishes strong

Three games make up the Pool B schedule for the final time in 2025, with a trio of exciting contests.

Cobham have an excellent opportunity to move themselves away from the bottom two if they can hand a tenth loss in a row to basement side London Elite.

Barnet have been out of action since their loss to Solent on 29 November. The Bulldogs will be hoping for no signs of rush as they search for a win against Greenwich that would see them as Pool B leaders heading into 2026.

London rivals CoLA and Barking Abbey go head-to-head in Sunday's only game, with the two sides knowing each other well from their clashes in the EABL. Barking are well in the title conversation with just two losses to their name so far, they won't want to slip up against a CoLA side clawing towards a playoff spot.

Pool A has just the one fixture, but it should be a belter as 9-4 Worcester host D1M's top scorer Hamza Ibrahim and the 7-3 Sheffield Arrows.

NBL National Cup

Two previous winners and two new entries make up this weekend's NBL National Cup field, setting the scene for a pair of exciting semi-finals.

Manchester Magic won the most recent of their four National Cups back in 2015/16. They can move one step closer to ending their long wait for a fifth if they can overcome undefeated D2 side Oaklands Wolves, who at 10-0 are proudly atop of Pool B.

The other semi-final has a real post-season vibe as two of D1M's most in-form sides go toe-to-toe.

The 2021/22 winners Solent Kestrels are 7-2 and joint leaders in Pool B, and their contest with Pool A's top side BCU (10-2) is sure to attract plenty of NBL eyes this weekend.
