Liverpool knocked off BCU to fire a warning shot to the rest of Pool A, and Barking handed Barnet just their second loss of the season in East London.

In the list below, a * is for Pool A games, and a + is for Pool B games.

Standout performances

Pool A continues to provide plenty of excitement as seven teams all sit on four, five or six losses.

The latest twist was Liverpool's excellent 94-82 victory over BCU thanks to Andre Gayle's big day, opening the door for Worcester to move back into a share of top spot as they beat Teeside Lions 85-67.

Sheffield Arrows (106-83 vs Oxford), Myerscough (70-51 vs Leicester) and St Helens (95-72 vs Sheffield Sharks II) all stayed on course with wins, and Manchester bounced back from their Cup Final defeat to Solent with a comfortable 82-55 victory over relegation-threatened Cardiff.

Pool B's big result belonged to Barking as they went to the top of the table with a 91-76 win against Barnet. The result also opened the door for Solent, who notched an 89-71 win against London Lions II.

Richmond eased themselves away from the relegation spots with a hard-fought 67-64 win over CoLA.

What does it mean for the standings? 

Worcester and BCU share top spot in Pool A on 26 points with identical 13-4 records.

Four points separates the five teams after them, with only two from that group able to make the top four and this season's playoff spots.

Barking's win makes them Pool B leaders once again, with Barnet (10-2) and Solent (10-2) close behind having both played two games less.

Player-of-the-week candidates 

Patrick Wrencher Jr.'s 26-point, 13-rebound double-double couldn't stop Oxford losing out against Sheffield Arrows, mainly due to huge games from Diogo Soares (20pts, 15reb, 9ast) and Hamza Ibrahim (30pts, 11reb).

Zach Trezvant (23pts, 22reb, 4ast) had a big double-double for Myerscough, Andre Gayle (23pts, 14reb) starred for Liverpool, and Oskaras Visockas (18pts, 6reb, 2ast, 3blk) helped BA past Barnet.

Andre Arissol (18pts, 8reb, 4ast) and Luke Busumbru (15pts, 8reb, 9ast) combined for Solent to down London Lions II, Earl Burgess (19pts, 6reb) was the standout for Worcester, and Manchester's Aaron Bile (28pts, 8reb) enjoyed a good day out against Cardiff.

Wrencher Jr. was at it again on Sunday, helping Oxford past Leicester with a 20/12 double-double, and St Helens' Disraeli Lufadeju (34pts, 8reb, 5stl) closed the weekend with another huge performance.
