WNBL D1 Preview (21/22 Feb 2026) - Live Stats, streaming, schedule and more

With the end of the regular season in sight, the action is coming thick and fast, with five fixtures on Saturday and three more on Sunday.

Headlined by CoLA's trip to London Cavaliers on Sunday, there's plenty at stake for all the teams involved.

Cavs within touching distance

Although it appears just a matter of time until London Cavaliers are confirmed as 2025/26 regular-season champs, it can happen as soon as this weekend.

Cavs picked up two points Friday afternoon when Bromsgrove conceded their cancelled fixture against London that should have happened on 8 February.

It means if the Cavs win both their games - away to Brent and home to CoLA - the Londoners will be confirmed as champions.

Playoff taster session

Some of this weekend's match-ups may prove to be dress rehearsals for upcoming post-season contests, giving players, coaches and D1W fans a taste of what might be in store over the coming weeks.

After a slow start to the season, Brent have impressed in the second half of the campaign and their opportunity to test themselves against London Cavs and Manchester should be fun to watch.

Worcester's injury problems and subsequent points deduction has left them poised to be a dangerous playoff team. The Wolves host Ipswich this weekend in another excellent yardstick contest between two sides that could meet again down the line.

CoLA's trip to Uxbridge could be a potential Playoff Final in five week's time, providing another window into what could be an entertaining contest.
