Standout performances

CoLA had no problem seeing off an under-strength Worcester side who are limping into the mid-season break, winning 78-56 after a big day from Adaora Dioramma.

Manchester also kept pace at the top, using a 27-13 opening frame to beat Bristol 73-50, sending the Flyers closer towards the relegation conversation in the process.

Anglia Ruskin limited London All Stars to just 24% shooting as they claimed a 61-47 victory, and Loughborough secured a big win against Brent, coming through 70-59 to move within two points of escaping the bottom two.

What does it mean for the standings?

CoLA and Manchester retain their tie at the top, with both sides no doubt looking ahead to a huge meeting in the North West on 10 January 2026.

London Cavaliers sit closely behind them on 14 points, with Ipswich and ARU following after.

Given the narrow margins between the edge of the playoff spots in seventh and eighth and the potential relegation spots in 10th and 11th, Bristol in seventh down to bottom side Bromsgrove in 11th are currently separated by just two points.

Player-of-the-week candidates

Dioramma's huge 32-point, 16-rebound double-double will be difficult to look past in the search for weekly honours.

Worcester's Ciani Montgomery (27pts) did provide some resistance for the Wolves, getting herself into the awards conversation in the process.

Fourteen points and 11 rebounds from Abby Conlee helped ARU in their low-scoring win over London All Stars, who got a 13/14 double-double of their own from Ezekiela Oyeyemi.

Success Odemwingie (15pts, 14reb) pushed Manchester to victory in Bristol, cancelling out 15 points from Leila Jepson and a 12/12 double-double from Marlee Ball.

Loughborough enjoyed solid contributions from Caitlin Ryan (17pts, 4ast, 3stl, 3blk), Hannah Gray (19pts, 9reb, 6ast) and Louisa Gibbins (15pts, 6reb, 4stl, 3blk), meaning Sophie Khlaf's 16 points would be in vain for Brent.
