- These Terms and Conditions refer to a randomly drawn competition entered by fulfilling the criteria of the '#PS x And 1 giveaway', which is to follow both the "#ProjectSwish" and "AND 1 Europe" Instagram accounts, and in the comments of BE's Instagram post on 10 December 2025, tag another active Instagram account. This competition will take place via Basketball England's social channels, and/or in Basketball England newsletters, beginning on Wednesday 10 December 2025.
- By entering, the participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. You are automatically entered into the competition when you complete our '#PS x And 1 giveaway' by following both the "#ProjectSwish" and "AND 1 Europe" Instagram accounts, and in the comments of BE's Instagram post on 10 December 2025, tagging another active Instagram account.
- Only one entry will be accepted per Instagram account. Multiple entries from the same account will be disqualified.
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
- The competition will close at 11:59pm on Sunday, 14 December 2025. After this time no further entries to the competition are permitted.
- Winners will be randomly selected on Monday, 15 December and contacted via Instagram.
- Employees of Basketball England, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion, are not eligible to win.
- There are two prizes in this competition, with two separate winners receiving one prize each. The prize is a Basketball England/And 1 bundle, with each pack containing a selection of clothing and shoes from And 1, and a selection of goods from Basketball England.
- Basketball England cannot ensure that both bundles will be identical, and the clothing, shoes and any other parts of the prize are of a pre-selected, and not optional, size, colour and design.
- Both bundles will be allocated randomly to the two winners.
- Both winners will be notified via Instagram within 48 hours of the draw closing.
- Each prize must be claimed by the winner within seven days of notification. Claims after this time will be accepted at the discretion of Basketball England as the competition organiser.
- If we are unable to contact you via Instagram in the allotted time frame, we will then pick a replacement winner instead. The original winner(s) selected will not be entitled to any form of prize or compensation, except at the discretion of Basketball England as the competition organiser.
- This competition is for over 18s only.
- The prize is not transferable and no cash alternative is available.
- Basketball England will not take responsibility for any lost prizes – replacements cannot be issued.
- If you are a winner, Basketball England may request you to participate in any publicity or promotion organised by Basketball England including promotional photographs.
- Any winner(s) consent will be sought from before they are included in any promotion.
- You are providing information to Basketball England and no other party.
- Basketball England reserves the right to withdraw this offer or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
- In the event of any dispute regarding the Terms and Conditions, the conduct, results and any other matters relating to this competition, the decision of Basketball England shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
