Playing a key role in Basketball England’s Talent Pathway, the Talent Delivery Officer is an administrative position to support the delivery of a single, unified BE talent system and be an initial point of contact for people so that they can operate effectively within it.
We ask that you’re approachable, friendly and proactive – you’re the first point of contact within our talent system. You’re organised, with the ability to prioritise, multi-task and effectively meet deadlines, calm and professional, have excellent attention to detail and you value working with your team. You’ve got recent experience in an administrative and/or customer service role. Your IT skills are excellent and you communicate well both in written and spoken English.

Our board is key to delivery of the organisation’s many initiatives, and we are looking for two dynamic additions to our Non-Executive Directors. We are looking for an elected candidate who will be able to bring relevant experience to our board, as well as a passion for supporting and challenging the Executive Team. The Non-Executive Directors will serve for a period of three years.
We are seeking a knowledgeable and suitably experienced individual who is enthusiastic about helping Basketball England navigate through this period of change, govern the sport responsibly and assist in developing the right approaches to grow, resource and develop the sport.
Consistent with Sport England’s Code of Governance, the Basketball England board has recently completed an audit of its current skills. It has identified skills and experiences that would benefit Basketball England in terms of the board’s discharging is duties in the delivery of its Strategic Plan. Whilst we would welcome nominations from anyone who feels they have experience and skills that could benefit the board, we are keen to hear from individuals with demonstrable skills and experience covering one or more of the following areas: -
