Customer Service Executive

Basketball England are recruiting a Personal Assistant to the CEO, to provide corporate administration and quality assurance across the departments.

Responsible for organising and coordinating PA duties, servicing Senior Management Team, Board members and meetings, day-to-day administrative operations and supporting the customer service team where necessary. 

Location: Basketball England, National Squash Centre, Gate 13, Etihad Campus, Rowsley Street, Manchester, M11 3FF

Working Pattern: Minimum 37.5 hours, early morning, evening and weekend work required 

Reports to: Customer Service Team Manager

Responsible for: None

Contract: Permanent

Salary: £18-22,000
