They finished in a historic fourth place during a successful summer EuroBasket Women’s campaign in 2019.
That followed the England team’s silver medal at the Commonwealth Games in 2018.
The GB team are chasing qualification for the 2021 EuroBasket Women and before that, qualification for Tokyo 2020 Olympics. They face China, Spain and Korea in an Olympic Qaulifying tournament in February 2020.
The women’s teams are the shining examples for our young players aspire to.
