Our Activators, Introduction to Coaching and Level 2 Club Coach courses are available to be utilised by clubs, leagues, associations, schools, colleges and universities to name but a few.
We work in partnership with Sport Structures to support our course organiser offer. Delivery of the course and the logistics around this are to be managed by the course organiser. Once a course has been registered and approved, we will provide you with the course code alongside relevant documentation.
Only when we have details of the learners that will attend will we provide access to the online candidate and tutor resources utilising the Hive Learning platform, which can be operated on a laptop, computer or smart device (phone or tablet). An invoice will then be issued within 5 working days.
An introductory-level qualification designed to empower participants with the skills, drills and basic technical knowledge to deliver recreational basketball.

Cost: £15 per candidate + recommended tutor fee of £25 per hour (plus travel @ 35p per mile)
Certification: Upon completion of the course, the candidate will receive an e-certificate
This course has been developed to provide learners with the confidence to deliver safe, fun and inclusive basketball sessions under the supervision of an independent coach. Previously, this was the level 1 coaching award.

Cost: £55 per candidate* + recommended tutor fee of £25 per hour (plus travel @ 35p per mile)
*Cost is reduced to £50 per candidate if the candidate is a licenced member
Certification: Upon completion of the course, the candidate will receive an e-certificate
This is the standard level of coaching qualification for all club coaches at local level. The award gives a general overview of all aspects of basketball, and a basic introduction to sports coaching.
Pre-requisite: Coach Assistant (previously level 1) or experience of delivery of basketball coaching over the past 12/18 months

Cost: £72 per candidate* + recommended tutor fee of £25 per hour (plus travel @ 35p per mile)
*Cost is reduced to £65 per candidate if the candidate is a licenced member
Certification: Upon completion of the course, the candidate will receive an e-certificate
