These Terms and Conditions refer to a randomly drawn competition entered by completing our '2024 Club Survey' Wufoo form online after the link is shared through Basketball England's social channels, on the Basketball England website or in the Basketball England newsletters beginning on Tuesday 2 April 2024.
By entering, the participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. You are automatically entered into the competition when you complete our '2024 Club Survey' form online and fill in all required fields for a completed survey.
Only one entry will be accepted per valid email address. Multiple entries with the same email address will be disqualified.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The competition will close at 11:59pm on Tuesday 16 April 2024. After this time no further entries to the survey are permitted.
Employees of Basketball England, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion, are not eligible to win.
There are five prizes in this competition, with five separate winners receiving one prize each. Each prize is a single £100 voucher to be redeemed at the Basketball England online shop, https://shop.basketballengland.co.uk/.
The voucher can be redeemed against any item in stock.
Basketball England reserves the right to remove any item of stock from being used against this voucher. No reason shall be given for this.
Each winner will be provided with a single use code which can be entered at the shop's checkout against their purchase(s).
The code can only be used by the competition winners. It cannot be transferred.
The code will cover up to a total of £100. If the total of purchase(s) is less than £100, no cash or credit will be provided.
If purchase(s) amount to more than £100, the winner will pay all remaining balance owed.
The draw for the five winners will be made on Wednesday 17 April 2024, and all winners will be notified by email.
All winners have 24 hours to reply to confirmation of winning. If we do not hear back from you via email within 24 hours, we will withdraw your prize and move on to another entrant instead.
We will accept entries made by under 18s, however, parental/supervisory consent must be given before prizes are distributed.
The prize is not transferable and no cash alternative is available.
Basketball England will not take responsibility for any lost prizes – replacements cannot be issued.
If you are a winner, Basketball England may request you to participate in any publicity or promotion organised by Basketball England including promotional photographs.
You are providing information to Basketball England and no other party.
Basketball England reserves the right to withdraw this offer or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
In the event of any dispute regarding the Terms and Conditions, the conduct, results and any other matters relating to this prize draw, the decision of Basketball England shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
