<p>A. This depends on how long you have to go before the game takes place. Guidance is given for different time frames below, and please read our National League Regulations for full details of the regulations surrounding postponements. Failure to follow these processes and the National League regulations can result in fines, games awarded to opponents and/or league point deductions.</p>
<ul>
<li>If the postponement is more than 72 hours before the game is due to tip off, you MUST:</li>
<ul>
<li>Inform your opponent immediately to arrange postponement and/or agree on a rearranged date</li>
<li>In the case of Junior National League, contact your officials to let them know of the postponement. For Senior National League games, we will notify the officials.</li>
<li>Follow our fixture change process by filling out this <a href="/media/2417/fixture-change-application-form.pdf" title="Fixture Change Application Form.pdf">form</a><span> </span>and submitting it to <a href="mailto:
[email protected]">
[email protected]</a>. There is a charge of £25 for each game changed. The exceptions to this are if the venue cancelled for reasons out of your control, or you had to cancel due to adverse weather conditions, unforeseen road closures or unforeseen breakdowns. Evidence for these reasons is required.</li>
<li>Agree a date for the rescheduled match with your opponent within 14 days of the cancellation.</li>
</ul>
<li>If the cancellation is less than 72 hours but more than 24 hours before the game is due to tip off, you MUST:</li>

<li>Inform your opponent as soon as possible and email<span> </span><a href="mailto:

[email protected]</a><span> </span>to let us know about the postponement. Your postponement will be referred to the Competition Review Panel and you may be charged, your game awarded to your opponent and/or league points deducted. The exceptions to this are if the venue cancelled for reasons out of your control, or you had to cancel due to adverse weather conditions, unforeseen road closures or unforeseen breakdowns. Evidence for these reasons is required.</li>

If the notification comes after 5pm on a Friday before a weekend game, it is your responsibility to notify officials.</li>
