Following a selection camp earlier this month, England Boys and Girls contested three fixtures each as part of the players’ journey on the England Talent Pathway
The games will took place in Thessaloniki with the Boys will facing local clubs YMCA, Deka Academy and Aris and the Girls taking on PAOK, Iraklis and Aris.
The Girls won two and lost one of their games with the Boys learning lots in three losses.
"The games were a great showcase of how far we've come as a team. Every player stepped up and fully bought into our style of play and team identity.
"Their commitment, teamwork, and resilience stood out, and each of them gained valuable experience that goes beyond just the scoreboard. It’s been a rewarding journey of growth and unity."
"The games in Greece have been a fantastic learning experience for our team. The boys were challenged mentally and physically and became a better team.
Myself, Anth Reed and Jake Shuttlewood have become a better coaching staff working through adversity. It was a weekend full of development for the coaches and players and we couldn’t have asked for anything more."
