Hoopsfix All-Star Classic returns for 11th anniversary - rosters, schedule, tickets

The Hoopsfix All-Star Classic is set for its 11th anniversary edition with the rosters now confirmed for the event confirmed to take place on Sunday 25th May at Crystal Palace National Sports Centre, in London.

Tickets are on sale for the showcase at hoopsfixallstarclassic.com, as the top junior talent in British basketball sets to sell out Crystal Palace for its fourth consecutive year.

Jordan Brand are the headline partner once again, along with support from Bouncewear, Molten, 5or6 and Sportserve.

Two Under-19 games are on the schedule with the women’s game at 1:30pm followed by the men’s game at 4:00pm, with both games seeing a mixture of Class of 2025 and Underclassmen suiting up, while players will also battle it out in a three-point shootout (1pm) and dunk contest (3:30pm).

No less than 85% of players to play in the Classic have either won a scholarship or gone on to professional basketball careers. Notable alumni include San Antonio Spurs’ Jeremy Sochan (2019), a lottery pick in the 2022 NBA draft, Tosan Evbuomwan (2018) who currently plays for the Brooklyn Nets, and Holly Winterburn (2019), who was set to head to training camp with the WNBA’s Atlanta Dream this season before getting injured.

Additional to the main event, on Saturday 24th May, Hoopsfix will be hosting the Basketball Development Conference, with six expert speakers from across the country to talk on coaching, club development and fundraising.

On-court insights will come from Lloyd Gardner (Surrey 89ers), Florian Flabb (Ratiopharm Ulm), and Polat Kaya (London Lions), while off-court expertise will be shared by Karl Youngman (Sussex Storm), Kate Lewis (Basketball England North West Region), and Tony Lazare (London Basketball Association).

The event is organised by the Hoopsfix Foundation, the not-for-profit arm of Hoopsfix.com, with proceeds from the day being ploughed back into the growth and development of the British game.
Ticket sales from the Hoopsfix All-Star Classic have been used to help fund a number of outdoor basketball court renovations, including Clapham Common, Brighton Beach and Turnpike Lane, which is set to open this month.

“We’re excited to be celebrating the 11th year anniversary of the Classic,” founder of Hoopsfix, Sam Neter said.

“Jordan are back on board to help us showcase the top junior talent in the country, along with long term partners Molten, Sportserve and 5or6 plus a new addition in Bouncewear. We’re looking forward to seeing the top under-19 talent in the UK put on a show while raising money to reinvest back into the game.”
