It was a productive weekend for Nottingham as they finally snagged their first win of the season, and there were victories elsewhere for Loughborough, Anglia Ruskin and Reading.
There's a recap of all the action below, and each result is also clickable if you wish to view the live stats.
Nottingham Trent University claimed their first win of the season as they beat London Lions II 53-45.
After scoring just six points in the third quarter, it looked as is NTU’s losing streak would continue but they rallied in the fourth to take the final frame 21-9 and with it a valuable W.
Nottingham's Ines Guerreiro enjoyed one of her best performances of the season to close on 21 points, as American forward Lindsey Cleary notched a 15 point, 13 rebound double-double.
The loss hurts London in their own quest for D1W survival, though they did at least retain the head-to-head tiebreaker against Nottingham.
Fatmata Janneh enjoyed yet another double-double on the season, closing with a game-high 23 points to go with 11 rebounds.
With Reading’s win later in the day, both London and Nottingham are now six points from safety.

Loughborough Riders (8-2) moved into sole possession of second spot as they beat Bristol Flyers (4-9) 76-55.
Restricting Bristol to just five third quarter points helped the Riders pad a lead they’d never relinquish, with Alia El Shabrawy continuing her good form to put up a 17 point, 13 assist double-double.
Molly James added 16 more off the bench as Hannah Wallace’s 14 points were a highlight for the Flyers.
There was an important home win for Anglia Ruskin University (6-3) as they saw off Cardiff Met Archers II (5-6) 74-57.
Two teams that were tied up in the playoff battle, ARU enjoyed 29 points from captain Katrin Hulme, cancelling out 16 points from Issy Bunyan.
Finally, Reading Rockets (4-6) did their playoff chances no harm at all as they beat Worcester Wolves (4-7) 78-70.
The Rockets had captain Candela Hermida Nunez to thank for the W as she dropped an impressive 30 points to go with nine assists and six rebounds.
Chandre Nunez battled hard for the hosts in reply, but her 27 point, 13 rebound double-double wouldn’t be enough.
