Can you help us? Have you got what it takes to be an effective Board Chair and create the right conditions for the game to thrive?

We are looking for a Chair who has an excellent understanding of business matters, combined with experience in, or passion for sport. We are looking for a candidate who is comfortable and assured in running Board meetings and getting the very best from the other directors, through a collaborative approach and encouraging the Board to express their views and ideas.

Our board is key to delivery of the organisation’s many initiatives, and we are looking for a Independent Non-Executive Chair. 

We are seeking a knowledgeable and suitably experienced individual who is enthusiastic about helping Basketball England navigate through this period of change, govern the sport responsibly and assist in developing the right approaches to grow, resource and develop the sport.

Regional Chair needed for South & West Midlands Region

Basketball England are looking to full Regional Chair Vacancies in the South & West Midlands Regions. The role of the Chair will be to work with the Regional Development Team to ensure that the Regional Committee functions effectively and maximises the potential of each area, providing leadership at regional level on Basketball England’s activities.

This important role involves leading the committee of regional representatives and working with the Regional Development Team to deliver Basketball England’s activity, as agreed by the Board and committees. You will assist in enabling members in your region to have access to good quality basketball playing opportunities, competitions, and other supporting activities to help them get the most out of their sport.

Nike Sports Camps Coaching Roles

Are you interested in coaching young basketball players this summer? Join the Nike Basketball Camps coaching team and help inspire these young athletes to reach their full potential both on and off the court.

As a basketball coach on the Nike Basketball Camps, your main role will be to assist the Head Coach in leading a one or two-week training program for junior players. You will be responsible for delivering a variety of sessions based on our basketball coaching curriculum, as well as supervising and ensuring the welfare of the students during these sessions. Additionally, you may be required to support and supervise the players during other aspects of their day-to-day camp life.

Cruz Basketball Academy

Would you like to be part of an exciting Basketball club based in the North and East London area?

Cruz Basketball Academy is currently seeking Level 2 qualified basketball coaches to develop creative and educational session plans for children aged 3 to 16 years old. The position offers 10-15 hours per week initially, with the possibility of picking up additional hours at other venues in London.
